One special thing is that the recipe for these coconut bonbons does not contain condensed milk. We only use a few drops of natural coconut flavor when melting the white chocolate so that the flavor is perfectly distributed.
Once the almonds are toasted, we introduce them in circular drums to add the chocolate and make it take the desired shape. At the end of the process we sprinkle natural shredded coconut. The same coconut we use in our homemade coconut nougat.
These coconut and chocolate balls are similar to chocolate candies but made of white chocolate with coconut sprinkles.
