What you should know about Nougat Bars
Production and Cutting Process for Nougat Bars:
The nougat bars that you can purchase in our store are produced in different ways depending on the type of nougat.
The first step consists of creating large blocks weighing between 6kg and 10kg. These blocks are rectangular in shape.
Once the block has sufficient consistency, depending on the type of nougat, it will be cut using different machines.
In the case of “soft” texture nougat bars, a machine called a “Guitar” is used. This is a machine with strings arranged in parallel with the exact spacing to ensure a uniform cut.
In the case of a hard texture, each nougat bar is cut individually with a saw.
Finally, once the block is cut into equal bars, they are individually packaged nougat bar by nougat bar.
