- Jijona nougat: Toasted almonds (70%), honey (17%), sugar and egg albumin.
- Alicante nougat: Toasted almonds (65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg albumin. Surface wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil).
- Turrón a la Piedra: Toasted almonds (49%), sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon.
- Toasted egg yolk nougat: Sugar, almonds (35%), egg yolk (11%), water, powdered milk (2%), vanilla essence and preservative E-200.
- Pure chocolate nougat: roasted almonds (40%), sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin ), cocoa butter, cocoa butter.), aroma. Cocoa: 70% minimum.
- Milk chocolate nougat: Toasted almonds (40%), sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder (11%), cocoa mass, emulsifier ( soy lecithin) and flavor. Minimum cocoa 33%.
- Fruit nougat: Almond (47%), sugar, water, lemon zest and preservative E-200. Candied fruit filling in variable proportion (32%): fruit (pumpkin, cherry and orange), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative E-202, acidity corrector E-330 and coloring (E-100, E-120, E.127 (in cherry) and E-142).
All may contain traces of other nuts, sesame, milk, soy and peanuts.
