The dried tomato that you can buy in our store is an artisan canned dried tomato in extra virgin olive oil subtly macerated with a mixture of aromatic herbs from the Sierra Mariola in the province of Alicante.

Our sun-dried tomatoes can be consumed in many ways, for example directly from the jar with a salad or with a good cheese or cooked with an omelette or as a stir-fry to prepare rice. Another way to consume it is by crushing it and spreading it on bread, but for that you can buy artisan tomato pate.

The elaboration of this dried tomato is completely handmade, from the selection of the tomato and its subsequent drying to its packaging in oil.

It comes in a 207 gram vacuum-packed glass jar.
