The sun-dried tomato you can buy in our shop is an artisan preserve of sun-dried tomato in extra virgin olive oil, subtly macerated with a blend of aromatic herbs from the Sierra Mariola in the province of Alicante.
Our sun-dried tomatoes can be enjoyed in many ways, for example straight from the jar with a salad or a good cheese, or cooked in an omelette, or as a sofrito to make a rice dish. Another way to enjoy it is to blend it and spread it on bread, but for that you can buy artisan tomato pâté.
The making of this sun-dried tomato is entirely artisanal, from selecting the tomatoes and drying them to packing them in oil.
It comes in a vacuum-sealed 207 g glass jar.
