As this is an assorted nougat pack, you can check the ingredients for each product below:
- Soft Almond nougat (Jijona): toasted almond (70%), honey (17%), sugar and egg albumen.
- Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante): toasted almond (65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg albumen. Wafer on the surface (potato starch, sunflower oil).
- Almond & Cinnamon soft nougat: toasted almond (49%), sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon.
- Toasted egg yolk nougat: Sugar, almond (35%), egg yolk (11%), water, milk powder (2%), vanilla essence and preservative E-200.
- Pure chocolate nougat: toasted almond (40%), sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavouring. Cocoa: 70% minimum.
- Milk chocolate nougat: toasted almond (40%), sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder (11%), cocoa mass, emulsifier (lecithin of soy) and flavouring. Minimum cocoa 33%.
- Fruit nougat: almond (47%), sugar, water, lemon zest and preservative E-200. Candied fruit filling in variable proportion (32%): fruit (pumpkin, cherry and orange), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative E-202, acidity regulator E-330 and colourings (E-100, E-120, E.127 (in cherry) and E-142).
All may contain traces of other nuts, sesame, milk, soy and peanuts.
